Protein Yoghurt Bark

Say hello to our new favourite snack in the JSHealth HQ. Ever since this was whipped up for recipe testing in our kitchen, the whole team has been obsessed—and so will you!

We’ve mixed creamy Greek yoghurt, rich in gut-friendly probiotics and essential amino acids, with our Protein + Probiotics in Vanilla Bean for an extra dose of energising plant protein and digestive love.

Top with antioxidant-packed strawberries, crunchy granola for added fibre and a drizzle of dark chocolate for mood-boosting magnesium. Customise your bark to suit your favourite toppings and make a batch for the week ahead.

Time to cook: 10 mins prep time, 4 hours set time

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, protein powder and maple syrup. Whisk until combined. 

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the yoghurt mixture onto the baking tray, making sure not to spread it too thin. 

Arrange the strawberries on top, followed by the granola and dark chocolate. 

Place in the freezer to set for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. 

Remove from the freezer and slice. 

Keep stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
