Chef Bae's Viral Cinnamon Roll Bark

The incredible Chef Bae came back into our kitchen to give our viral cookie dough bark ⁠a delicious cinnamon roll twist!

The best part? It comes together in less than 30 minutes.

Method:⁠

Combine the almond meal, marine collagen and protein powder in a mixing bowl. Stir until there are no lumps. ⁠

Add in the maple syrup and coconut oil and stir to make an even dough. ⁠

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Press the cookie dough onto the sheet. We placed a second sheet of baking paper on top and pressed down to get an even spread. ⁠

Mix the coconut sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle directly on top of the cookie dough base. 

Evenly drizzle the white chocolate over the top. Sprinkle it with sea salt and cinnamon and place in the freezer to set. ⁠

Once set, remove and slice into pieces. ⁠ Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
