Ingredients: Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) powder, Vegetable Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Kelp (Fucus vesiculosus) Whole Plant 20:1 extract, Zinc Citrate, Anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate).
Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, or sesame products, or artificial colours. Traces of crustacea, mollusc and fish are possible through exposure of Fucus vesiculosus and Ascophyllum nodosum in the marine environment.

Our Hair + Energy formula contains high-quality Kelp and Zinc. Kelp is high in Iodine, which supports hair health and growth when dietary intake is inadequate, as well as supporting energy production throughout the body. Zinc helps to maintain healthy hair and contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin and nails.
Our Hair + Energy formula is made from a plant-based substance (Kelp) and combined with Zinc in a vegan capsule and therefore the formula is made with 100% vegan ingredients. However, we do advise people with a fish or crustacea allergy to consider that kelp is a seaweed which may have come in contact with fish and crustacea in the ocean.
Yes, the capsule is 100% vegan and vegetable-based. It is made of hypromellose and water. Hypromellose is produced from cellulose, a natural polymer and fibre that is free from any animal products.
We advise consulting your health professional before taking other supplements on top of this formula. The Iodine contained in this formula is above the recommended daily intake (yet within the safe limit to take daily), and therefore anything above this recommended amount in other supplements may be problematic. Please consult a health professional first.
