Active ingredients per capsule:

Ascophyllum nodosum powder 222.23 mg
         equiv. Iodine 200 micrograms

Fucus vesiculosus ext. dry conc. 50 mg, from whole plant dry 1 g

Total Iodine 200 micrograms

Zinc  Citrate 35.5mg
         equiv. Zinc 10 mg

Ingredients: Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) powder, Vegetable Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Kelp (Fucus vesiculosus) Whole Plant 20:1 extract, Zinc Citrate, Anti-Caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate).

Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, or sesame products, or artificial colours. Traces of crustacea, mollusc and fish are possible through exposure of Fucus vesiculosus and Ascophyllum nodosum in the marine environment.
