Hair + Energy: Take 1 capsule per day with breakfast. 

• Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Vitality X + Collagen: Shake container before use. Adults, mix 1 level scoop (6g) of powder with water, a smoothie, or your favourite drink and stir well. Consume immediately, twice daily. Maximum of 3 scoops per day. Close the container tightly after each use.
